QRP: Merlin 2.03

• Yay Morgana finally knows she has magic!
• Uther has a one-track mind, for serious. Magic, magic, magic.
• Creepy Gaius is creepy. Seriously, that whole creepy paternal thing he's got going on just does not seem kocher.
• Yay Merlin for speaking up like he should've done last season about letting Morgana know that, oh yeah, she's not crazy.
• Boo Gaius for being arrogant and believing that he knows best...because yes, obviously, it's an excellent idea to leave an untrained sorceress running around Camelot, setting fire to curtains and exploding windows with her mind.
• It was good to get a little insight into what it must have been like for Merlin growing up. Ealdor isn't a part of Camelot, but it must be close enough to the border that some of Camelot's intolerance for magic leeched into the area.
• *yells at laptop* MERLIN! TELL HER! TELL HER YOU HAVE...oh, for crying out loud. She is never going to forgive him once he's outed...it'll always sting that he never trusted her to know.
• Yay Merlin for doing something! Yes, he (and Morgana) could probably have planned it a little better, but at least it was something.
• I've been wavering between loving Gaius and hating Gaius and at the moment I'm firmly on the side of hating him. YOU SHOULD HAVE HELPED HER, GAIUS. If you'd just helped her in the first place, instead of making her decisions for her, this wouldn't be happening.
• Ugh, Uther. *hides* I understand why, but I don't like the how.
• SCORPIONS! \o/
• Merlin...*facepalm* Honey, sweetie, if you're going to use magic to bust out of Camelot, maybe use it to hide your tracks, too?

• Merlin, it's a good thing you're pretty, because sometimes you really do earn that idiot epithet. *sigh*
• YAY AGLAIN SAYING MAGIC ISN'T EVIL! \o/
• That Morgana was willing to let the people in Camelot be executed threw me for a loop. Yeesh.
• I...shit, son, Merlin's mist-spell was fucking cool.
• Oh god, Aglain. We hardly knew ye. You could've been so awesome...what a bummer you had to die.
• MORDRED. *flails* Oh, poor kid. Also, powerful kid. Yikes.
• *pokes Merlin* Tell her. Tell her. Tell...oh, forget it.
• Oh, Arthur. Oh, Merlin. ♥
• Preview of my heart...Lancelot is back! \o/ Also Gwen and Morgana sword-fighting, Arthur being besotted, Merlin using his patented "drop a chandelier on somebody's head" trick, and a giant blind muskrat. Yay! \o/
